How do I make a booking?
The property page displays all the information on spaces you need, and on the right-hand side of the screen there is a search engine that includes - date and time, number of participants and average price. Click "Check Availability" to make sure the space is available. If available, the exact hourly rate + VAT for the date and time of your request will be added to the information. Clicking on "reservation" will take you to the booking screen, where you must register (to set up an account that will allow you to access your bookings and update / change them); or you can also log in to your account, and you can choose additional services if the place offers them (breakfast, refreshments, special equipment, etc.) Once you have entered the details, you will be transferred to our secure payment service.
How to cancel a booking?
If you cancel a requested booking before it’s confirmed, Book a Space will cancel any pre-authorization to your credit card and/or refund of any nominal amounts charged to your credit card in connection with the requested booking within a commercially reasonable time. If you cancel a confirmed booking made via Book a Space, either prior to or after arriving at the space, the cancellation policy of Book a Space pursuant to the individual agreement will apply to such cancellation. Our ability to refund the hire fees and other amounts charged to you will depend upon the terms of the applicable cancellation policy pursuant to the agreement.
How is the booking payment made?
Payment is made at the time of booking. Our payment system is secure, and payment can be done using any valid credit card. Inquiries regarding financial matters can be sent to info@bookaspace.co.il. The invoice will be sent to the email address you used to make the booking and registered with; it is automatically attached as a PDF file to your booking confirmation. You can only attach one email address to your booking.
